1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Helionexa Energy website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2 Our Services

Helionexa Energy provides solar energy consultation, design, permitting, installation, and maintenance services for residential properties. Our services include:

• Free solar consultation and site assessment
• Custom solar system design and engineering
• Permitting and regulatory compliance
• Professional installation by certified technicians
• System inspection and activation
• Post-installation support and maintenance

All services are provided subject to availability and may vary based on location, property type, and specific requirements.

3 Payment Terms

The remaining 70% balance is due after installation is completed and inspected. Customers may choose to pay the balance in cash or through financing with an approved lender.

• Cash Payment: Full balance is due upon completion of installation.
• Financing: Available through our trusted lending partners. Customers are responsible for all financing terms and agreements.

4 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer — Direct bank transfers
• Wire Transfer — Domestic and international wire transfers
• Zelle — Fast and secure payments via Zelle
• CashApp — Payments through CashApp

5 Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their agreement within 3 business days of signing for a full refund of the deposit.

After the 3-day cooling-off period, the deposit is non-refundable as equipment is ordered and permits are filed on behalf of the customer.

6 Warranty

All installations come with comprehensive warranty coverage:

• 10-Year Workmanship Warranty — Covers installation quality and labor
• 25-Year Panel Warranty — Manufacturer warranty on solar panels
• 10-15 Year Inverter Warranty — Manufacturer warranty on inverters
• Extended warranties available upon request

All warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturers.

7 Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth installation process, customers agree to:

• Provide clear access to the property for the installation team
• Ensure the roof is in good condition (any repairs are the customer's responsibility)
• Notify the installer of any underground utilities or obstructions
• Remove any obstacles that may interfere with the installation
• Be present during the final inspection and system activation

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helionexa Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services in question.
